DMCA Policy for JobF3.com
Effective Date: July 14, 2025
JobF3.com (“JobF3”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users, visitors, members, employers, and partners (“you,” “your,” or “user”) to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we have established the following policy and procedures regarding copyright infringement.
This DMCA Policy describes how copyright owners can report alleged infringement, how JobF3 responds, how users can file counter-notifications, and our repeat infringement enforcement.
1. What is the DMCA?
The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers, such as JobF3.com, to handle claims of copyrighted material being used without permission. Under the DMCA, if a copyright owner believes their work has been copied or published without authorization, they may submit a takedown notice to the website hosting the content.
Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, JobF3 is legally required to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. That user may then respond with a counter-notice if they believe the claim was filed in error or their content is lawful.
2. Scope of this Policy
This DMCA Policy applies to all components of JobF3.com, including:
-
Job listings,
-
Employer profiles and descriptions,
-
Candidate resumes and portfolios,
-
Articles, blogs, videos, or comments,
-
Uploaded documents, media, or files,
-
Any other user-submitted content (“User Content”).
It applies whether content is submitted publicly or privately via our platform.
3. Copyright Infringement Policy
JobF3 does not tolerate copyright infringement. We:
-
Respect lawful content ownership and fair use,
-
Promptly act upon valid DMCA notices,
-
Educate users about intellectual property rights,
-
Suspend or terminate users who repeatedly violate copyrights.
4. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content available on JobF3.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
To be valid, your notice must include the following (as required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

-
Identification of the infringing material and the location on the site (URL or detailed location) where it appears.

-
We will notify the user responsible for the content that a takedown notice has been received.
-
The user will have the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification if they believe the takedown is mistaken or misidentified.
JobF3 reserves the right to permanently remove content without prior notice if the DMCA notice is valid.

7. What Happens After a Counter‑Notification
When JobF3 receives a valid counter-notice:
-
We will forward it to the original copyright complainant.
-
If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
-
If a legal complaint is filed, we will comply with legal processes and may keep the content offline pending resolution.
Please be aware that submitting a false counter-notice may have legal consequences, including civil damages, if your claims are found to be intentionally misleading.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, JobF3 has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
A user may be deemed a “repeat infringer” if they:
-
Receive multiple DMCA takedown notices concerning different pieces of content, or
-
Re-upload removed content without authorization.
Upon receiving verified repeat complaints, JobF3 may:
-
Suspend or terminate the user’s account,
-
Ban access to future services,
-
Revoke access to paid or free platform features.
JobF3 will make reasonable efforts to identify and warn users, but we reserve the right to terminate without prior notice if infringement persists.
9. False Claims and Misuse of DMCA
Submitting false DMCA takedown notices or counter-notices is illegal and may result in civil or criminal liability.
The DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512(f)) imposes penalties on any person who knowingly makes false claims of copyright infringement or misrepresents ownership. If you submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you do so under penalty of perjury.
JobF3 reserves the right to:
-
Report false claimants to legal authorities,
-
Pursue damages against individuals or entities who misuse the DMCA process,
-
Permanently restrict platform access to violators.
Please do not misuse the DMCA system to suppress competition, harass users, or stifle lawful content (including fair use, public domain, or licensed content).
