These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, electronic communications, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms apply to all users—job seekers, employers, recruiters, partners, and visitors (“you” or “User”). They govern all Activity on JobF3, including job searches, job applications, job posts, user registrations, resume uploads, messages, and content submissions. Additional terms (Privacy Policy, DMCA, subscription terms) also apply where relevant.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old (or higher where local laws require) and capable of entering binding agreements. Access by minors is disallowed; parents must supervise. -
Account Registration
Create an account by providing full, accurate, and current information.-
Choose a strong password and maintain its confidentiality.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not. JobF3 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access if you failed to secure your credentials. -
Restrictions

3. User Content & License

User‑Generated Content
Users may share resumes, job descriptions, recommendations, messages, and community posts (“User Content”). You retain ownership of content you upload but grant JobF3 a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content as needed for the Service. -
Content Representations & Warranties
By submitting content, you represent that:-
You own or have permission to use it;

It doesn’t violate others’ rights;

It is correct, non‑misleading, and lawful;

It is not defamatory, hateful, or infringing.

Content Removal
JobF3 can remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or is flagged as inappropriate. We do not guarantee availability of any content and are not liable for users’ removed or unavailable content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
While using JobF3, you agree NOT to:

Violate copyright or other intellectual property rights

Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, violent, obscene, or misleading content

Impersonate others or provide false information

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software

Violate applicable laws or regulations

Harvest personal data from other users

Interfere with Service operation or access

Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access the Site

Attempt to bypass security systems or usage limits

Engage in discriminatory hiring practices in violation of our policies
Violators’ accounts may be suspended or terminated at JobF3’s discretion.
5. Service Content & Availability

Job Listings
Employers post listings on the platform. JobF3 does not vet or endorse listings and is not responsible for job legitimacy or employers’ actions. -
Tools & Features
We provide resume tools, matching algorithms, analytics, communications, learning modules, career coaching, and related services. Features may vary by user type or region and can be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. -
Service Interruptions
JobF3 is provided “as is”, “as available” and may have downtime due to planned maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free usage.
6. Fees & Subscription

Free vs. Paid Features
Some tools and content are free; others require payment. Employers may purchase posting credits or subscription plans. Job seekers may access premium services (e.g., expert career coaching). -
Payment Terms
Payment is due at purchase. Payment providers handle billing; your use is subject to their terms too. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable laws. -
Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes based on your location and purchase type.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership
All trademarks, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and designs are owned by JobF3 or licensors. These are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. -
Limited License
You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use JobF3 in compliance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of JobF3 beyond this license. -
Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or improvements, you grant JobF3 a perpetual, sublicensable license to use them.
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, used, shared, and protected. By using JobF3, you consent to these practices. 10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBF3 (INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
ARISING OUT OF:

YOUR REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY—IF SO, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobF3 and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) from:

This clause survives after your use or account termination.

The updated Effective Date will be posted at the top. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution
