Welcome to JobF3.com (also referred to as “JobF3”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, electronic communications, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms, including any future updates. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all users—job seekers, employers, recruiters, partners, and visitors (“you” or “User”). They govern all Activity on JobF3, including job searches, job applications, job posts, user registrations, resume uploads, messages, and content submissions. Additional terms (Privacy Policy, DMCA, subscription terms) also apply where relevant.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. Age & Legal Capacity
    You must be at least 16 years old (or higher where local laws require) and capable of entering binding agreements. Access by minors is disallowed; parents must supervise.

  2. Account Registration
    Create an account by providing full, accurate, and current information.

    • Choose a strong password and maintain its confidentiality.

    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

  3. Account Responsibilities
    You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not. JobF3 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access if you failed to secure your credentials.

  4. Restrictions
    You may not:

    • Use false identities or impersonate others;

    • Share your account;

    • Use the Service under false pretenses, for illegal activity, or to bypass restrictions.

3. User Content & License

  1. User‑Generated Content
    Users may share resumes, job descriptions, recommendations, messages, and community posts (“User Content”). You retain ownership of content you upload but grant JobF3 a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content as needed for the Service.

  2. Content Representations & Warranties
    By submitting content, you represent that:

    • You own or have permission to use it;

    • It doesn’t violate others’ rights;

    • It is correct, non‑misleading, and lawful;

    • It is not defamatory, hateful, or infringing.

  3. Content Removal
    JobF3 can remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or is flagged as inappropriate. We do not guarantee availability of any content and are not liable for users’ removed or unavailable content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using JobF3, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate copyright or other intellectual property rights

  • Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, violent, obscene, or misleading content

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Harvest personal data from other users

  • Interfere with Service operation or access

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access the Site

  • Attempt to bypass security systems or usage limits

  • Engage in discriminatory hiring practices in violation of our policies

Violators’ accounts may be suspended or terminated at JobF3’s discretion.

5. Service Content & Availability

  1. Job Listings
    Employers post listings on the platform. JobF3 does not vet or endorse listings and is not responsible for job legitimacy or employers’ actions.

  2. Tools & Features
    We provide resume tools, matching algorithms, analytics, communications, learning modules, career coaching, and related services. Features may vary by user type or region and can be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

  3. Service Interruptions
    JobF3 is provided “as is”, “as available” and may have downtime due to planned maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free usage.

6. Fees & Subscription

  1. Free vs. Paid Features
    Some tools and content are free; others require payment. Employers may purchase posting credits or subscription plans. Job seekers may access premium services (e.g., expert career coaching).

  2. Payment Terms
    Payment is due at purchase. Payment providers handle billing; your use is subject to their terms too. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable laws.

  3. Taxes
    You are responsible for applicable taxes based on your location and purchase type.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Ownership
    All trademarks, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and designs are owned by JobF3 or licensors. These are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide.

  2. Limited License
    You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use JobF3 in compliance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of JobF3 beyond this license.

  3. Feedback
    If you submit ideas, suggestions, or improvements, you grant JobF3 a perpetual, sublicensable license to use them.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, used, shared, and protected. By using JobF3, you consent to these practices. Certain regions may have specific rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations—refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

JOBF3 AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • MERCHANTABILITY

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • NON‑INFRINGEMENT

  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS

JobF3 does not guarantee:

  • Platform operation will be uninterrupted or error‑free

  • Jobs or matches will lead to hires or income

  • Content will be continuously available or up to date

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBF3 (INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

ARISING OUT OF:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

  • THIRD‑PARTY CONTENT OR ACTIONS

  • DOWNLOADS FROM THIRD‑PARTY SITES

  • ANY SERVICES YOU PURCHASE OR USE

  • YOUR RELIANCE ON JOBF3 TO HIRE OR BE HIRED

YOUR REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY—IF SO, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobF3 and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) from:

  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of third‑party rights

  • Your contribution to illegality or harmful acts

This clause survives after your use or account termination.

12. Termination & Suspension

  1. Your Termination
    You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or contacting support.

  2. JobF3 Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access and delete content if:

    • You breach Terms or policies

    • We detect illegal or harmful usage

    • Required by law or for security reasons

  3. Survival
    Sections on content, warranties, liability, indemnification, and jurisdiction survive termination of your account.

13. Changes to These Terms

JobF3 may modify these Terms per applicable law. If changes are material, we’ll provide advance notice via email, banner, or alert. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. The updated Effective Date will be posted at the top. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution
    We encourage you to contact us to resolve issues informally. If unresolved:

    • Jurisdiction and venue lie exclusively in Pakistani courts in Lahore.

    • Both parties waive trial by jury where permitted.

    • You may only bring claims individually, not as part of class or representative actions.

15. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect original intent or removed, without affecting the rest.

  • No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and signed. No failure to enforce a right constitutes a waiver.

16. Assignment

JobF3 may transfer rights and obligations to a successor (e.g., during reorganization, sale, merger). You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms (plus Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, subscription terms, community policies) constitute the entire agreement and replace prior understandings regarding the Service.

20. Acknowledgment

By using JobF3, you acknowledge:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to comply with them

  • You are responsible for reviewing updates
